I. How to contact Tayx Ltd?

Tayx Ltd is registered in UK, but we have not setup an office in London yet. We are not working in headoffice located in Shenzhen, China. Please contact with our Shenzhen office for all the issues.

Our working time is 9am to 6pm (GMT+8), from Monday to Friday. On Saturday we work from 9am to 12pm (GMT+8).

We never sell faulty products, nor bad quality goods. All of the models we selling now are passed strict tests and acting well.

III. Can I trust Tayx Ltd?

Tayx Ltd is a legitimate company and registered in London, United Kingdom. Company certificate number is 06455345. Our factories in China are registered also. You could contact us and ask for business licenses.

V. Do you ship to our country?

We ship worldwide. Our courier could ship to almost every country. Click to see introductions to our couriers.

VI. How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is unbelievable cheap. All of the discounts we get from courier will be included in the shipping cost we offered to you.

VII. How many days later I can get shipment?

Lead time for sample order is 1~2 days, for bulk order is within 4 days. Transit time is 3~5 days. That is you will get your shipment 4~9 days after payment arrived China.

VIII. How to place an order?

You can contact us by email, fax or telephone to place an order. We will release proforma invoice for your confirmation. Remember to include below information in your order.

IX. How to pay?

You can pay us by Paypal, Bank T/T and Western Union. We will enclose payment route(s) in proforma invoice. Please arrange payment fully in advance. Tayx promise will deliver your cargos successfully.

TT payment can be submitted in any currency, Paypal accpet US Dollar only.

We do not accept online payment vouchers to submit Paypal payment, such as 3V vouchers.

If you prefer to send case, cheques or money orders, please consult with our sales man before go further.

X. Can I pay by Credit Card or Paypal?
