Play is completely different for different people. For example, some people enjoy drawing. In my case, that was the case. According to my parents and grandparents, when I was a little boy, my favorite hobby was drawing and painting various pictures and shapes by myself. I enjoyed it and wondered why my son couldn\’t be like that. My son is 6 years old and does not enjoy drawing at all. Even if I buy my son a nice coloring book, such as a book about cars that he likes, he still doesn\’t enjoy it.
He always leaves, after about 10 seconds. And he doesn\’t want to do anything anymore. So my son\’s favorite thing to do is to use his cell phone, his tablet, his computer. I know it\’s the 21st century now and that\’s normal. But it is not normal to have time to do that all the time. So, to keep my son entertained, to give him some entertainment other than electronics, I sometimes play pex or rain cards with him. My son enjoys this and sometimes we go to grandma\’s house and play with different cards, especially joker cards. My son enjoys this very much.
Even though my son does not know the detailed rules of the joker game, he is of course happy to participate. So Grandma and I like to play this way for at least half an hour to keep my son entertained. It\’s still better than sitting on our butts at home and fiddling with our cell phones all the time. I know it\’s fun for my son, but life is life and everyone has their own way of having fun. But always keep in mind that it\’s also really bad to force someone to do something they don\’t want to do. I wouldn\’t like it either if someone forced me to be in a romantic movie. I don\’t like that kind of thing. What kind of movies do you like?
