My son has been asking for a PlayStation for Christmas for a while now. However, I am still not sure if I should buy him a PlayStation or not. My son is going to be a first grader in September, and if he has a PlayStation, I think he will not concentrate on his studies. Maybe if he didn\’t have the PlayStation, he would concentrate more on his studies, but then again, my son is really hyperactive. He is always at home, sometimes running around and not even knowing what to do. My son jumps out of my window in the evenings. We have a big safe yard, but I don\’t like it.
I even thought later that I might buy him a PlayStation for Christmas after seeing how he does at school. So, my son has been homeschooled for two months now, even though he is not even in first grade yet. As I said before, he will not attend until September. So my son can already read, write and count. This is a good thing because my son probably wants this PlayStation very badly. I also asked my son who thought of this game. He told me that a friend of his in kindergarten bought it for him. My son must have really liked it because he has been to that friend\’s house several times to play with it. He also said that he wishes he had a PlayStation at home.
We have quite a few games at home, mostly board games, and my son is simply interested in technical games. However, I do not mind this. It is obviously the 20th century now, and it is logical that every child is not exactly the same, for example, only board games or at most a car with a remote control, which is not the same as 25 years ago. It is different now. Kids these days want technology, games, and entertainment that is not just entertainment. So what is your position? Do you have a PlayStation too?
